whitbeck fundraiserIn 2009, the Selma Mansion was listed as one of the most endangered historic sites. The site, which dates back to the 1700s, was untended for five years before this nomination. In 2016, Sharon Virts and Scott Miller purchased the property and began the landmark’s restoration. The 50 acre Leesburg property and renovated mansion has since housed various receptions and events and serves as the Virts and Miller’s residence.
