Leesburg—Following Labor Day weekend and the start of another school year, John Whitbeck, candidate for Chairman of the Loudoun Board of Supervisors, released a new ad focused on his proposal to expand Loudoun’s nationally recognized School Resource Officer Program
Whitbeck and Sheriff Mike Chapman first proposed the expansion of Loudoun’s School Resource Officer program in January. The support for this plan has been overwhelming.
“As someone who has three daughters being educated in Loudoun County public schools, I understand the importance of school safety for your family and for my family,” said Whitbeck.
Sheriff Chapman is featured in the ad stating, “Our program is nationally recognized and award winning. We want to expand this program to all of our schools in Loudoun County, to make sure all of our children are protected.”
Whitbeck’s first goal as Chair will be to expand the School Resource Officer program to every school in Loudoun.
